you can manually connect the vrayscatter node to the new mesh. I think via teh outmesh, inmesh attributes - with a bit of mel im sure you could automate this with a script.

Hi, unfortunately this bug still exists in version 4.202.

I think it is the only major bug left and it if it is possible at all to fix it would be perfect. Thank you.

Hi,

Attached is a scene that will fail to render (Maya 2014x64 VRayScatter For Maya 4.129 ).

If one can remove the checker texture from the cube it will render without crashing.

This is because of UVsets in Maya - is it please possible to add support for UVsets and VrayScatter?

Hello, I bought this model http://cgsputnik.com/products/871/ in hoping to use it with VRayPattern for Maya. My problem is with the bounding box/fit crop size. It works fine at default position. pattern1.jpg But VRayPattern uses different z up to Maya, so I have to rotate Maya objects on 90 degrees ...

I don't mean to be rude, but was this possible at all?

It would be a very, very useful feature. Defining gardens and plants into specific areas for instance would save an incredible amount of time. Thank you.
