Thanks for the script. However, like all other baking scripts that I've tried (and I've tried many), this one also creates glitches in the wheel rotations. I've come to believe that this is an issue with Maxscript itself. Is it?

My fantasy MadCar baking script would give you a list of MadCars in the scene to choose from, and automatically create point-helper objects for each MadCar wheel and link them to appropriately sized chassis dummies before baking. After baking it would re-link your model's wheels and chassis from the Mad Car objects to the new helper objects.

Has there been any solution for this yet ? It seems such a shame that there is no possible way to bake these animations without having errors !

Well, just to let you know that I think the solution is to lower the step value to 0.1. It has resolved the issues with strange keys. This is when using the script provided for madcar.

Hopefully this works for anyone encountering these issues too.

running 3dsmax 2016, i cant seem to get the baking script to start..
i go onto the utils tab,
hit run script,
pick script,... and nothing, am i missing something?

you need to drop it and then add to interface via "Customize User Interface"

Does it work with max 2017?
