multiscatter development

Hello.

I must say I'm quite disappointed with multiscatter development.
Is Multiscatter going to have any new features?
It seams that all development is about solving bugs and issues with new max version.
Can I expect a essential feature like using spline distribution the surface ?? (https://forum.icube3d.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=1133)
Right now there's only spline distribution without conforming to the terrain.
Ito's forest pro has this option and it sure seams a "must have" feature.
Is multiscatter development dead? Is multiscatter development team is behind Ito's Forest Pro?
Should I stop waiting for new features in Multiscatter regardless of how basic they are?
Just wish I could stick with multiscatter because I really like it but...maybe it's time to change.

MultiScatter is under constant development, and we always take into consideration feature requests
unfortunately its not always possible to add all of them in order to keep plugin stable and efficient

we are using MultiScatter heavily in our own productions here at iCube https://icube.ru
so we are ourselves interested in having best possible tool which really works

regarding "Spline distribution conforming to surface."
this is now scheduled for nearest releases

Hello.
Nice to ear that.
Making spline distributed object conform to the surface looks like such a small step for such a obvious and needed feature.
Hope that it could be implemented soon.
