Igrass (Missing textures)

Post by kiteman »

Good afternoon,
I bought Igrass, but I'm having some problems with some models of herbs. First, when I open any file I get an error saying "Missing DLLs" (this message appears on all files) once opened, there are some textures that are lost.
I attached some pictures so you can see that it is.
Please this query is very urgent, I have to deliver a job in 2 days.
I hope you can give me a solution.

Thank you.

some files are Bonus ready scenes which requires MultiScatter plug-in
if you dont have MultiScater just ignore them

So I can not see missing textures some models of herbs? Yes, I know you advertise to view scenes that need the plugin preset "Multiscatter" but there is nothing that says that to see these textures do need to have the plugin. This happens with all models of trees, too?
This is exactly what it says on the web:

"Including 15 preconfigured scenes which are specially designed to work with MultiScatter to enhance your photo realistic 3d environments and save your time."
"The 3d models can be also used separately without MultiScatter." :?:

I am interested in buying some trees, but if this is true not think it's a good idea.
Is there any way to see the textures lost without the plugin "Multiscatter" with some kind of file or something?

Thank you.

15 preconfigured scenes requires MultiScatter, just dont use them, (this was just a bonus for iGrass, iTrees dot have it)
separate models do not need to have MultiScatter (same models used in ready scenes, so you are not missing anything)
which file has missing texture?

The following files are the textures that are lost and before to open before the error message appears:

- iPlants-AgrostisPack-Models
- iPlants-Field-Grass-Pack-Models
- iPlants-LawnGrass_07-09
- iPlants-Secale-Models
- iPlants-Wheat-Models

I hope you can solve this problem.
