uv offset parameter would be useful

I guess that's a common situation when you want to apply multiple patterns in the same surface but have them offsetted between each other or with different tilling.
Tilling is already in the vraypattern modifier but it would be useful to have the offset parameter also.
This way we could avoid copying texture mappings just to offset then.
