Limiting the area of the geometry?

Post by nirsul »

Hi

Just bought it and was wondering - Is there a way to force SL to create the topography within the boundaries of my plan -

If I have topo-lines within a rectangle - SL creates a big mesh which does not respect the rectangle - This is annoying since I have to cut out any residual mesh areas.

Regards

I've got the exact same question, but the mentioned thread isn't available anymore.
Also as a side note, how do I prevent SplineLand from generating terrain below Z=0 within a closed spline whose control points are all at Z=0?
My workaround right now is putting even more smaller splines in those areas.

Thanks!
