Modifiers - bug!

Put the following modifiers on top of a splineland object:
1) Turn to gPoly
2) Vol select
3) Delete Mesh

It's fine, and works, now go back to the base object and regenerate the surface - crash!

It's not JUST these modifiers either, its any modifier.

bug is confirmed
but we cannot reproduce crash, in our case just nothing happens when we click "regenerate the surface"
will be working on fix

workaround is: you can collapse SplineLand object to editpoly or editmesh,
or if you want to modify SplineLand object, remove any modifiers on it
