Iterations work like in Meshsmooth. Every next iteration 4x heavier than previous one.

Thanks Alex I know that there isn't documentation about it, but could you just explain how to "conform" a road spline on a custom terrain? i've done a terrain (simple plane 100 subdiv and a noise modifier on it) and add a road (simple S spline on it with an outline) and try to conform the...

You can reduce Throttle Sensitivity to make it more smooth.
Just use shift + "W" to have stronger acceleration.

Have you tried increase Throttle Sens param?
What is Wheels Grip value?
Do you have proper scene scale?
What render do you use?
If you want to combine several track texture, you should use some mix texture.
