but if you are not using 2013 or Vray 2.30 you can just install version 1.1.09a

Installation file is updated - no need to install Ms Visual C++ 2010 for 3ds max which is below 2013

unfortunately MultiScatter does not support distribution on anumated surfaces

unfortunately due to significant changes in 3ds max SDK and VRay
it may take a while to relase update for latest vray and max 2013
we cannot tell about the time frame at the moment
