MadCar 3.2 update

We have decided to change MadCar plug-in architecture; this will cause files made in the version before 3.2 be incompatible with the new generation of the plug-in,
We had to take this step to significantly improve architecture so in the future this will allow us easily add new features and improvements while maintaining compatibility.
If you have started your project with previous version - don't do upgrade.
New generation with some new cool features available in this topic.
