Christmas Multiscatter Wishes

Post by raistlin »

Hi Icube!

Here are my wishes for christmas :)

A complete and efficient control panel for MS with :
- the hability to save presets (for distribution for exemple everybody here have, all the time, to change the 360° in "Z" for each object, and 80% to 110% to scale... If we could save as default forever it could be great...)
- a Random seed parameter to have infinitly random seed parameter for scatter in one click on a selection of multiscatter object
- A ONE click button to change display of a selection/ all MS objects
- the hability to use the new VrayDistTex map maybe for collision?
- and maybe (the biggest wish!) A library's user system, to make a lot of MS object without the need to load a ton of proxys in scene (tree set, bush set, flower set...)

Thx! :)

One other thing in my mind!

I've seen that we can transform multiscattered object in mesh... BUT... is there the possibility to transform Multiscatter into MultiPainter? It could be... An Enormous thing... Move separatly each element... wow...

:)

Hm... just open your eyes :) It is Christmas Miracle.

But be carefully - MultiPanter can't work with such huge amount of objects as MultiScatter

Is MS loading the meshes outside the camera's angle of vision?
I can't see anything about this in the manual.
Ok perhaps it is a dumb question...
